Right of withdrawal

Current status
Nothing is currently sold through this website. Undernap is a Founding Beta: there is no purchase flow, no payment and no paid contract. There is therefore no contract today that you could withdraw from.
The instruction below is prepared and applies from the day a paid contract can be concluded through this website. We publish it now so you know in advance where you will stand — not to suggest a purchase that does not exist.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alondra Butuc, Bismarckstr. 104, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Deutschland, email: aivanizki@googlemail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of that.
While nothing is sold through this website, this case does not arise. When it does, the consent will be obtained expressly and not buried in a checkbox.
