No statutory consumer right of withdrawal

Undernap enters into contracts only with businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) that order in the exercise of their trade, business or independent professional activity. We do not enter into contracts with consumers (Terms section 2).

There is therefore no statutory consumer right of withdrawal for these contracts (Terms section 2.3). That is why this page has no withdrawal instruction and no model withdrawal form.

This concerns only the statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Your rights under the contract apply unchanged:

• Trial: If you cancel during the free trial, the subscription ends when the trial ends and no fee is charged (Terms section 5.2).
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month, in your account under "Plan & usage" or in text form (Terms section 8.2).
• Refunds: Terms section 11 sets out when fees are refunded.
• Defects: Terms section 18 sets out your rights if there is a defect.
