What is time-boxed in both editions is beta access itself and the right to updates. Using what you already have is not affected.
Undernap runs on your Mac. Project knowledge, missions and results live in your local data directory.
The licence is checked on the device — signed, bound to your installation, with no server contact.
The AI accounts in the Fleet are yours. Undernap sells no usage and re-bills nothing.
The app and this website are bilingual.
Undernap is a workspace, not a token subscription. So that this is no surprise later:

Undernap sells no AI usage, no credit and no tokens. There is no volume discount and no margin taken by us.
Paid execution needs clear limits and your approval — there is no quiet consumption in the background.
