No. You set the goal and approve the plan; after that Undernap works through the tasks and stops where a decision, an approval or the sign-off is yours — visibly, until you decide. In between you do not have to sit next to it.

Only within the limits you set for a Mission. The plan needs your approval, work that costs money only starts with it, and nothing is closed without your sign-off. Undernap does not take permissions you have not given.

No. There is no conversation window as the product. You give requests as goals with limits; the plan shows how Undernap intends to approach them before anything runs.

No — it coordinates them. Your existing accounts form the Fleet; the plan settles which connection takes which task.

Not to start — but for independently reviewed results, yes: with one account Undernap plans and works through tasks, but the independent review never comes from the account that did the work. For it you need a second account with an AI provider — another provider’s, or a second one with the same provider that Undernap can identify as separate; models through OpenRouter do not count for it. Several accounts also mean more parallel capacity and better-fitting roles.

The specialist is the role (what is done, and to what standard). The provider is the family whose infrastructure answers. The model is the concrete execution of one session. Undernap keeps the three apart — that separation is what lets a role be re-staffed, and lets a review happen somewhere other than the work.

Proven in operation through the product: Claude, Codex, Grok, MiniMax, Z.ai GLM and OpenRouter (free pool). Further providers are qualified one by one before they count as usable. Your accounts’ capacity limits are respected, never circumvented.

It is the planned date of the relaunch, not a promise: we relaunch when Undernap is really ready. When the countdown ends, nothing opens by itself: ordering, registration and the download start only with our explicit go-ahead — everyone who signed up then gets one email.

“Sign in” at the top of every page, in the menu or in the footer takes you to your Undernap account on account.undernap.com. Your account, plan, invoices and Macs are all there, unchanged.

You enter your email and confirm it through the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). At the relaunch we write to you. No account is created for it; no newsletter, no advertising, unsubscribe any time.

Undernap Solo: €14.90 per month for one seat. Undernap Team: €24.90 per seat per month, for 2 to 50 seats; from 10 seats €19.90 per seat per month — for every seat. Billing is monthly in advance. Your AI subscriptions stay yours; Undernap sells no usage.

For supplies taxable in Germany, the provider currently applies the small-business exemption under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); the invoice shows no VAT. If the place of supply is in your country outside Germany, we charge no German VAT; any tax due there is owed by you under the law of your country, where it so provides. The account shows you the treatment before you pay (Terms, section 7.2).

Yes, from the relaunch on: your first subscription starts with a free 14-day trial; it is available once per person and once per workspace. You enter your payment details when you order. If you cancel during the trial, the subscription ends when the trial ends and no fee is charged. There is no permanently free plan.

Undernap is sold only for business or professional use. We enter into contracts only with businesses within the meaning of section 14 BGB, not with consumers. There is therefore no statutory consumer right of withdrawal (Terms, section 2).

From the relaunch on, you order in your Undernap account: choose the plan and, for the Team plan, the number of seats, tick the boxes and complete the order on Stripe’s payment page. You then download Undernap for Mac on the download page. Until the relaunch we take no orders and offer no download; it is planned for November 20, 2026.

At any time with effect from the end of the current billing month: in your account under “Plan & usage”, or in text form, for example by email to support@undernap.com. You keep access until that end (Terms, section 8.2).

You are entitled to a refund of fees paid only where the law provides for one; voluntary refunds and credits are at our discretion. If we refund a payment in full, your access and the subscription end with immediate effect (Terms, section 11).

No. Undernap runs locally on your Mac; project knowledge, missions and results live in your local data directory. Outbound, Undernap contacts the AI providers you connected and web pages you ask it to analyse — there is no analytics, crash or usage telemetry to us.

No. Your connections and credentials stay on your machine (keychain); they leave it only towards the provider they belong to.

Not today. Undernap is a native app for Macs with Apple Silicon and macOS 15 or later. Windows and Linux are planned; we will name a date once there is one. A version for Intel Macs does not exist.

No. You install new versions yourself, whenever you want — nothing is installed without you. You download the new DMG from your Undernap account, quit Undernap and drag the app onto Applications to replace the old version. Your projects and data live outside the app.

The Mac app for the relaunch is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple; we publish no download before that. macOS then opens it like any checked app.
