1 · Scope
These terms govern the use of the website undernap.com and the Founder Beta access request that can be made through it. The provider is Alondra Butuc (see the imprint).
“Undernap” is the name of the product and “AI Orchestrator” the name of the brand it is made under. Neither is a separate legal entity.
2 · No contract is concluded through this website
Undernap is at the stage of a Founding Beta. No sale takes place through this website: there is no purchase flow, no payment processing and no public download.
The presentation of the product and its editions on this website is neither an invitation to make an offer nor a binding offer in the legal sense. Prices are deliberately not stated yet; wherever a price would appear, it says explicitly that it is not settled.
3 · The Founder Beta request
By submitting the form you ask to be notified once access to the Founding Beta becomes possible. This creates no entitlement to access, to a particular date, or to a particular scope of functionality.
The request only takes effect once you confirm it via the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). You can delete your entry at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
The request is free of charge and non-binding. It creates no continuing obligation and no payment obligation.
4 · Use of the website
The website may be used in the usual manner. The following are in particular not permitted:
- measures that impair the availability or security of the website
- automated retrieval beyond the extent of normal reading
- circumventing technical protection measures
- abusive use of the request form, for example with other people’s email addresses
5 · Content and rights
Texts, design, graphics, marks and screen captures on this website are protected. The rights belong to Alondra Butuc unless stated otherwise. Any use beyond viewing the page — in particular reproduction, distribution or modification — requires prior consent.
6 · Beta notice and liability
The content of this website describes a product at beta stage. Descriptions of functionality reflect the state at the time of publication and may change. We mark what is not yet decided rather than leave it vague.
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for such a contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.
The operators of external websites that are linked to are responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking.
7 · Changes
We may amend these terms when the offering or the legal situation changes. The version shown on this page at the time of your visit applies.
8 · Applicable law and version
German law applies. Towards consumers this applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory protective provisions of their country of residence.
